Rental Procedures

1. Call, view online, or stop by and get a list of our of available rental properties.

2. Drive by prospective rentals and determine which ones you would like to see.

3. Complete a rental application and reference form and fax it to (661) 654-0928.

4. A rental specialist will contact you to schedule a visit to the apartment or home you are interested in.

5. If you decide you like the rental, a credit check is required (a fee of $30 per a lease applicant will apply). Cash or money order only, sorry personal checks are not accepted.

6. If approved, we will notify you and arrangements will be made to sign the lease and receive keys.

Pay Your Application Fee Online:

Go to Western Union on the web, and click send money online. Choose “Send to an Agent Location”, and send all payments to agent location VONS  #2420. Make sure to put the name Kern Apartments and the phone number (661) 616-0535 as the receivers information.
