For emergencies, call (661) 328-7885. For regular maintenance requests, use the email link below. Please include the date, your name, address, request and phone number. We will contact you to schedule the maintenance or repair.

 

Note: We can only enter rentals with pre-approved permission. To provide permission, you can download a permission to enter form and fax it to (661) 654-0928 or deliver/mail to our office. You may also use this form to fax or mail your maintenance request.

We are sorry to see you move. Please remember that it is the renter’s responsibility to return the unit to its original condition. Failure to do so, will result in damages being deducted from your security deposit. Renters have the right to a move out inspection. Please download, complete and mail or fax your thirty day notice.
