Rents can be mailed to our office or paid online with a Western Union money order.

 

Rents must be postmarked by the first of the month.  We can only accept checks, cashier’s checks or money orders. Unfortunately, no cash can be accepted at this time.

On our website you will be able to view our vacant apartment and house rentals in the greater Bakersfield area. In addition, you can waitlist yourself for a rental and you will be contacted when that rental unit becomes available. You can also download a copy of the rental application and find information about the application process. In addition to these services, we can also provide assistance finding a roommate, information about moving, and information on connecting your private utilities.
